What is different about the XF?
Efficiency & Quality: The CRYOLINE® XF using its patented cross flow design provides twice the heat transfer rate of conventional spiral freezers. By producing high-velocity, low temperature gas flow across the entire width of the belt, this high-efficiency design allows for a uniform freeze and high quality output while reducing freezing costs.
Smaller footprint: With a smaller footprint than conventional spiral freezers, high production capacity is possible even for the most space constrained customers.
Minimal downtime: Designed for hygiene and ease of use, the HMI touch screen control panel allows from storage/recall of with recipes to fault diagnostics should an error occur.
